I have oreded from them for some time. Usually have it delivered since I'm outside of town. Delivered person is always nice. Had one hiccup once they forgot my drink. They refunded for the drink right away. But the next time I oreded the deliver driver brought me an extra drink to make up for the mishap before. But this last time they went above and beyond. I placed my order but I was called to inform they were short staff and weren't able to deliver outside of town would I like to come in and pick up my order. I told them I was wating on my dog to deliver her puppies at any time so I couldn't leave. So I just told them thanks fir letting me know and I would just get something here. We the ladybug the phone said if I was willing to wait a bit she would figure out something and she would bring my food to me. Told her she didn't need to sice they were short staff. She said it was fine. S short time later she showed up with my order. Wishe me luck with the litter and went back to work. Now that's service for you.
Stopped in yesterday for the first time... ordered a chai tea latte and the burrito with avocado... amazing!! The employee(did not catch her name) went above and beyond!! She cares, and you can tell!! Thanks again!! I'll be back
I went to The Leaky Mug for the first time the other day, and it was amazing!! The barista was so sweet, and definitely knew what she was doing. I ordered 4 drinks, and they were all phenomenal. I will definitely be back!! 100% recommend this place!
We placed our order at 4:00 to b picked up by 6:00 and it was fresh out of the oven hot. We had the deluxe and chicken bacon ranch. Both were definitely Great!!! Will definitly be back for more!!
Husband and I stopped on our way through the area. I immediately LOVED the Harry Potter theme! I had to FaceTime a friend to show her. Definitely check out the bathroom! We got loaded fries, chicken bacon bbq pizza, a latte, and lemonade. The fries came out quick and we’re delicious! Pleasantly surprised to find they were waffle fries. The pizza was amazing! We both loved it and the cheese pill was perfect! We will definitely be coming back!
The service here was very warm and welcoming just like the atmosphere. I love that they have games to play with your children. We played like 5 rounds of connect 4 and i, the mom, won them all. I show no mercy lol. If your ever in this small town called Brodhead come here.
If you are a Harry Potter fan you'll enjoy the view. If you love pizza you'll enjoy the food. We spent the day outside in the sun and we're very hungry. Ordered two pizzas, I think they were 18" or 20" . OMG they were huge! And looked amazing! Go try the out!
We love that they deliver to Orfordville! Pizza came within 30-45 minutes and was hot when it arrived. The whole family loved it! It’s so nice to have great pizza option in the area that delivers to our area. We will definitely be ordering on a weekly basis!
